Life transitions and growth can be empowering and energizing! Life coach and author Kathy Pike and some specially selected horses will lead you through activities to expand your awareness, confidence and discover the next steps on your path during this rejuvenating and unique retreat. Program includes; equine facilitated learning round pen sessions, trail riding, life coaching, yoga/movement, time for contemplation and writing, movies, BBQ’s and lots of laughter and goodies.

Kathy Pike, author, professional coach, life coach, and outdoor adventurer. Kathy is the author of
Cathy Schreiber gives riding instruction to all ages and levels of riders. She focuses on beginning with correct position and aids and helps the rider understand how to communicate with their horse. After earning a B.A. in Equestrian Science at Lake Erie College and becoming a British Horse Society Certified Instructor (BHSAI) Cathy became more serious about dressage training. She competed on the Florida/Michigan circuits and attended Violet Hopkins seminars where she refined her dressage knowledge.

CLINIC DETAILS
Intensives are designed for the serious minded who sincerely want to vastly improve their communication skills with horses. Professionals as well as pleasure riders benefit greatly from this week of study and fun as each day builds on the previous. As the week progresses, each session takes on its own personality as side trips riding into the mountains, volleyball, swimming, and adult camaraderie develop. Campfires, guitar music, story telling, and dancing are options available to all. Viewed as an adult camp with a theme, this format has the highest degree of retention by the students. Even veteran equine professionals are awed by the knowledge they bring home. Working with a large variety of horses with varying issues, is an invaluable opportunity and critical to the learning process. There is absolutely no substitute for handling dozens of horses in one week!
Riders: $2750 for clinic, double occupancy. A riding horse is provided for each student. Each student receives our Getting Started Package that includes our custom 12' yacht rope halter/lead combo, DVD on Frank's Safety System, Gentle Solutions Book, Extendable Wand, and Laminated Pocket Card.

A one week event 
Bask in the warm Arizona sun, make lots of new friends and learn new skills. You may have your own horse for the week to bathe, groom, saddle - or leave all the horse care to the professionals and just show up for your rides! You will receive instruction on horse safety and methods to improve communication with your horse.
There will be trail rides, team penning and a daily lesson.
Also included:
A hayride, cookout, country western dance lessons, hiking and special stretching classes which focus on the needs of equestrians.
We will rehearse a mounted quadrille maneuver that will be presented on Saturday at the Ranch Rodeo.
